Chapter 147: MY LOVING HUSBAND
"I want to be alone, please leave," Harlow ordered, but the man before her didn’t look like he was going to listen to her.
This rude bastard... She let out a frustrating sigh as she tried to control the rage bubbling in her.
Alanis is the last person she wants to talk to or see, but he has refused to let her be.
Alanis lazy eyes met hers, "Stop being stubborn and come here." He held her wrist pulling her close till her body clashed against his. Before Harlow could protest she lost her balance immediately. Her slender form swung in the air and the only thing that stopped her from falling was Alanis’s strong arm around her waist and thighs.
"Put me down! She commanded trying to wiggle out of his hold, but the man holding her rather started to walk casually towards the sofa, seeming unaffected by her incessant requests.
Harlow felt her bottom hit the soft sofa gently and then the large man squatted before her. "Raise your legs," Alanis said softly but she didn’t move. She frowned her face as she stared at him.
"I told you I can take care of myself. Besides I have a maid to do the job." She argued.
"Why would I let a maid take care of my wife when I’m very capable? I’ll be going against our agreement if I don’t perform my husband duties." Alanis said lifting her leg himself as he placed it on his knees.
Harlow placed her hands between her thighs to hide whatever was going to come to his view. She had no idea what this man was planning but she would never let him do anything to her.
