Chapter 127: Distance Makes The Heart Grow Fonder?
The words Dante said left Anastasia stunned, because never had she expected to hear them.
To receive the freedom she had run after all these years, she would have imagined that she would be overjoyed. To be reunited with her parents and take Marianne with her was what she wanted. But right now, she didn’t feel that way.
Earlier today, even when Gabriel mentioned leaving Versailles, she hadn’t agreed to go with him. Subconsciously, she had been delaying leaving the palace and had let things flow.

This is something I decided after a lot of thought, and believe it will do us both good, and I am not changing my mind. The earliest ship leaves in a week in the evening, and I will have Aziel make sure that everything is prepared for your departure."
