Chapter 365: Three Months
After dealing with Liang Jiaying, Yu Jingxian returned home. When he got home, he asked Butler Su, "Where is my wife?"
Butler Su took his coat and said, "Madam is still reading in the library."
Yu Jingxian glanced at his watch and frowned slightly.
"Prepare dinner."
Butler Su hung up his coat and said, "Yes, Master."
After taking a shower to wash away the smell of blood, Yu Jingxian went to the library to find Duan Yixin. When he arrived, he saw her buried in a pile of books.
"Xin’er, it’s time for you to rest." He said as he walked up to her.
Duan Yixin raised her eyes from the book and rubbed her sore eyes. She looked at him with a smile, "Welcome home, Jingxian. What time is it now?"
"It’s already seven o’clock in the evening."
Yu Jingxian sat on the floor next to her, glancing at the titles of the books piled on the carpeted floor. Seeing that they were all history books, he asked, "Do you only read history books?"
Duan Yixin nodded, "Yes. I think reading history books can help me recall some of my memories."
