Chapter 113: Strange Dream
The shadow guards followed Xuan Ruiquan and rushed towards the bandit’s lair. Some of the bandits were still conscious when they rushed in. Those bandits were surprised when they saw Xuan Ruiquan’s silver mask and the shadow guards’ black masks.
One of the bandits recognized them and shouted in panic, "It’s the Jin Yi Army! Ugh!"
When he came back to his senses, the bandit felt his necks were covered with something warm and sticky. Before he knew what it was, the bandit fell to the ground and took his last breaths.
An hour later, when the sun finally rose from the eastern horizon, Xuan Ruiquan and three hundred secret guards had taken over the bandit’s lair.
Xuan Ruiquan stood among the bandits’ corpses, flicked the blood off his sword, looked at Jian Liu, and said, "Jian Liu, tie up those unconscious bandits. We will bring them back for questioning."

"Yes, Master." Jian Er accepted the order and then left with Jian Wu and more than fifty shadow guards to clean up the corpse.
Xuan Ruiquan looked at Jian Yi and said, "Jian Yi, go to the secret chamber and move those boxes away. After cleaning this place, we will return to the imperial capital city immediately."
