I Got My System Late, But I'll Become Beastgod

Chapter 114: The War Isn’t Over Yet

The battlefield lay in ruins—cracked ground, broken hills, ash dancing with the wind. It was once a valley, now a war-torn graveyard. Aamir stood at the center, his clothes torn, his breath steady. But his body—his body was changing.

From his body, a surge of golden-red energy erupted like a raging sun. The very earth beneath his feet cracked and shattered, struggling to contain the monstrous force leaking from his core.

Across from him, an aged warrior from the Calonian Elite, his robes torn and staff still smoldering from previous clashes, watched with wary interest.

"Hmph... So, you do have something hidden under your sleeves."

The old man grinned, but even he felt a chill crawl up his spine.

Aamir’s body twitched.

Then, everything changed.

Hair—glimmering gold—burst out across his body. His muscles bulged and expanded. His height grew. Fangs elongated from his widening jaw. A tail slithered out from his back, snapping like a whip. And then—

Two enormous wings tore through his back.

His legs twisted and morphed, taking the muscular shape of a tiger’s haunches. His arms bristled with both fur and patches of glimmering, draconic scales. Long, jagged claws emerged from his fingertips. His eyes—once human—were now glowing, feral.

A beast. No—something more. A being not meant to exist.
