I Got My System Late, But I'll Become Beastgod

Chapter 57: The Weight of Strength

Aamir and Seenu stood side by side, hearts pounding, eyes locked on Haider Ali, the towering Guild Leader. His presence alone felt like a mountain pressing down on them, but they couldn’t afford to hesitate. This was their chance to prove themselves.

With a sharp breath, they launched forward, fists clenched and glowing with energy. Their punches, fueled by every ounce of strength they could muster, shot toward Haider Ali’s chest.

But just as their blows were about to connect, he vanished.

Aamir’s eyes widened in disbelief. In the blink of an eye, Haider Ali reappeared at their side, his voice calm but piercing.

"What are you trying to hit, kids?" he asked, a small smirk playing on his lips, as if their efforts were nothing more than a warm-up.

Seenu didn’t hesitate. In one swift motion, he drew his sword, flames dancing along the blade. With a fierce yell, he launched a fire slash, the heat rippling through the air toward Haider Ali.

But Haider barely blinked. With effortless grace, he sidestepped the attack, the fiery slash searing the ground where he once stood.

Aamir gritted his teeth and unsheathed his own sword. He darted toward Haider Ali, his blade flashing as he unleashed a flurry of attacks. His movements were fast—faster than he’d ever been before. But no matter how hard he swung, Haider Ali dodged with ease, his body moving as if Aamir’s attacks were in slow motion.

Frustration boiled inside Aamir. How is he this fast? He poured more energy into his strikes, but it was like trying to catch the wind.

After a few more moments of their futile assault, Haider Ali raised a hand.

"Okay, that’s enough," he said, his tone final. "We don’t have all day."
