Chapter 378: ADDISON AND KEITH
ADDISON’S POV
"You are six weeks pregnant. " The pack doctor announced. " But there are dangers to your pregnancy. From now on, you will have to slow down and protect the fetus until they are grown. Hence, I am giving you bed rest for two months"
" What ?" I gasped.
" Take my advice if you want to give birth to healthy pups" The pack doctor scolded me.
" What If I want to terminate the pregnancy ?" I whispered and his eyes widened.
" Miss Hemming, aren’t you mated to Keith Isla? " He asked.
" I am, " I nodded.
" Then just talk to him. He will be happy about your pregnancy " The pack doctor assured.
I nodded and left the pack hospital, wandered around Chugach and finally ended up on the pier. I stood staring out at the sea with worry that Keith would not be happy about the pregnancy. I was not sure if he wanted to have kids taking into account all the evil things his family had done. He still had nightmares and I knew that he was still grieving the loss of his dad Ralph Isla.
My phone buzzed and the caller ID was Ma and when I connected the call she yelled at me " Addison, you better get your ass here " and then she disconnected the call.
That loud-mouth pack doctor had already called Ma. I huffed and walked back to the train, hailed a cab and it drove me to Elder Zaya’s home. When I arrived Ma’ was pacing up and down at the door. Her shoulders sagged when she spotted me and she rushed to embrace me.
