Chapter 262: LIFE AND DEATH
Kaka made his move at night as we had predicted. He left the hotel and headed by the sea side where a large boat was packed by the dock. A man was waiting and they conversed for a while before he boarded the boat and left the dock.
"We shall follow him closely, " Hunter said as we boarded the boat he had prepared. Lucian and Zeeb accompanied me while Anisha and Tala stayed behind at the mansion. Everest, Lovita, Toten, and Old Man Cyrus were at the pearl farm with some of the pack enforcers.
Kaka drove to the sea circling the pearl farm for close to an hour and then he took the boat to a nearby Island.
" I bet that he has a smaller boat, " Hunter suggested.
" Mmh" I nodded as I welcomed the cold sea breeze and it calmed my nerves.
True to Hunter’s words, Kaka left the small Island in a small boat. He steered it towards the pearl farm Island. He docked the little boat and then sneaked into the Island.
" Time to take him down, " Hunter growled as we steered our boat to the pearl farm.
By the time we got to the pearl farm, there was a brutal fight. Everyone was in wolf form but Old Man Cyrus lay on the ground unconscious. A black smoke surrounded Kaka and I deduced that when he was attacked, Tabular must have taken over his body.
I pushed my powers into him and he looked startled as he dropped to his knees on the ground and then turned in my direction as we walked over.
Lucian rushed over to old man Cyrus while I concentrated on Kaka.
" The last time I saw you, you disappeared like a rat and now you show up in my pack lands. How should I deal with you?" I growled at him.
