Chapter 249: OMEGA ACCEPTANCE
LUCIAN’S POV
I had been hammered by Conri six times on Sunday and my body basked in the pleasure and pain by the time we left the shed. Freki whined happily while Dolf seemed to be proud of the moment.
Being alone in the shed was good for us. We spent time together after being apart because of the time Conri was spending in the Golden Shifter pack. I know that I was being selfish but I had gotten used to having Conri take care of me as I was the one who was busy at work.
Now that the roles had reversed I threw a tantrum and thanked the moons, Conri had complied and came looking for me.
" I hope I will get confirmation of you carrying pups in the next month. Right now the omega scent is alive I think we need to stay indoors for a few more days" Conri whispered and then a low rumble escaped his chest.
" Husband, I have a company to run while you have a Pack that depends on you. Our home is also being constructed and needs to be finalized as Christmas is next week."
" Mhhh " Conri nodded and then added " It’s the first time I met you, Lucian. You are arrogant and determined to cause trouble"
I chuckled as the meadow in the Freki mansion came into view. " Yes. I never experienced such a sweet scent. I was determined and I don’t regret it at all. "
Conri joined in the laughter as we approached the mansion. There was no one at home as we got into the mansion. The palace was quiet and we settled into the mansion, took a shower, made dinner, and then sat by the patio watching the starry sky.
" Lucian, are you sure you are ready?" Conri asked.
" I am not but it is worthwhile to do it with you," I confessed. " I am scared of what everyone will say about me being an Omega wolf. I even want to go on holiday for nine months and come back after."
