Chapter 168: LUCIAN’S TANTRUM
CONRI’S POV
By the time I got back home, I found Lucian in the room, standing by the window watching the night sky. From the way his back looked stiff, I knew that Lucian was angry.
" What did I miss " I pushed the words to Dolf.
" No Idea. Freki is also acting weird. " Dolf responded.
" I am back " I announced.
" Go away, ’’ Lucian retorted. " I need some time alone."
I walked over to the bed and sat down in waiting. " Take your time" I stated, laying down on the bed to take a nap.
" You never listen to Conri," Lucian’s voice rose with anger. I knew he was just taking his anger out on me and I closed my eyes pretending to sleep. After a few seconds, he walked over to the bed and he stood hovering at me.
" Conri" He called my name and my eyes snapped open. Staring up at him, his eyes were filled with anguish and despair.
" What is it ?" my eyes flashed in anger and annoyance. Lucian seemed taken aback by my demeanor and it took him seconds before his face was back to normal. He sighed and climbed on the bed and turned his back to me.
" If you have something to say to Lucian, just say it" I stated firmly.
