"What makes you think that I would risk going to the Freki mansion" I walked over to my desk and sat down. I filled my face with a bored look and raised one eyebrow.
"Please leave the room, Sasha. I want to speak to Hunter in private, "Zineb stated.
Sasha Freki seemed surprised, but she complied and left the office.
Once the door closed, Zineb moved closer and said, "You owe me, Hunter"
"What the fuck are you saying? " I chuckled.
Zineb leaned down and said, "Do you know which one of us in the Aria family is the best tracker? I am. I smelt your scent amongst Lucian and Conri when Anisha was saved. And I know for a fact whatever saved Anisha is not human. "
"Zineb, I was at home sleeping. If Lucian and Conri fooled you, then I am not to blame. You can confirm from my maid, Elanor," I smirked.
"Oh, Hunter, how long will you keep this up? Lobo will find out sooner or later," Zineb retorted.
"So you came to me knowing you would blackmail me about such nonsense?" I laughed and leaned back in the chair.
Zineb blinked once, twice, and then she turned around. " I am desperate Hunter"
"That is what you would have said before you resorted to your silly and sneaky games. I am not the kind to fall into your trap. You better be honest with me if you need my help," I informed her.
