Just as the ball was about to hit Lin Yufei, a fair and slender hand snatched it out of its path; the owner of that hand was none other than Wan Chu’er.
Holding the ball in her hands, Wan Chu’er’s eyes sparkled as she stared at the nearest basketball hoop.
As the ball flew off, the boys on the court stopped playing. When they realized that a girl, especially a tall, beautiful, and poised one, had caught the ball, two whistles sounded from the court.

With a mischievous smile on her lips, Wan Chu’er pushed off with her foot, imitating Lin Jingcheng’s movement. She held the ball with one hand and supported it with the other, her arm at a 90-degree angle from her body. With a burst of force, she sent the basketball flying in a perfect arc.

As everyone watched in stunned silence, the basketball zoomed towards its target, swooshed through the hoop, and smacked the ground with a loud bounce.
The basketball court fell silent as everyone stared, somewhat disbelievingly, at Wan Chu’er and then at the ball rolling on the ground.

"Ah—ah—" Lin Yufei suddenly screamed twice, hugging Wan Chu’er with the intention of giving her a kiss but Wan Chu’er dodged her with a look of disdain.
"Chuchu, you are so awesome!" Lin Yufei looked at Wan Chu’er with an adoring expression.
