Chapter 110 Lesson
Wan Chu’er purposely fell a few steps behind, sensing that Jiang Kechu was seething with suppressed rage, and that it might explode at any moment. It was safer to keep some distance.
When they reached the car, Jiang Kechu opened the passenger door with a heavy gaze, glanced at Wan Chu’er who was carefully observing him, signaling her to get in. Then he himself walked around to the driver’s side.
When Wan Chu’er approached the car, she gently closed the passenger door, opened the rear door instead, and sat directly in the back seat.
Seeing her actions through the rearview mirror, Jiang Kechu’s eyes darkened as if they were about to drip ink, the veins on his temples jumped wildly, and his aura became even more terrifying.
As soon as she sat down, she felt a sharp pain when she accidentally touched her waist. Wan Chu’er gasped, tried to stand up, but her head hit the roof, and she fell back into her seat, grimacing in pain.
Jiang Kechu closed his eyes and, with a dark face, got out of the car, and took a cushion from the trunk, tossing it to her.
"Lean on this."
His words were caring, yet he insisted on keeping a stern face.
Always saying one thing and meaning another.
Wan Chu’er pouted, took the cushion, seated herself comfortably, and then said, "I’m okay, thanks."
