Chapter 2: Rebirth Rebellion
Ouch!
Chu Wan felt a burning pain on her scalp, and then her body heavily crashed to the ground. She couldn't help but open her eyes.
The first thing that came into view was unexpectedly the cement floor. Wasn't she supposed to be diving into the bloody jaws of a shark? How come there's a cement floor? She looked up in confusion and alarm.
"Hiss—" A pang of pain from her scalp made Chu Wan gasp, and she finally saw the environment she was in.
A sixteen or seventeen-year-old girl was grabbing her hair with a vicious expression, dragging her relentlessly, and three other girls in the same school uniform stood by, giggling and laughing.
What's going on?
The pain made her instinctively grab the hand that was yanking her hair.
"Who are you? Let go of me right now, or don't blame me for being rude!" Chu Wan shouted sharply.
After hearing Chu Wan's words, the four girls were taken aback for a moment, and then they broke into laughter, as if they had heard something hilarious.
"Wan Chuchu, have you gone stupid from sleep? How dare you talk like that, and how are you going to be 'not nice'?" one of the girls said condescendingly to Chu Wan.
Another girl kicked Chu Wan directly, "I'll be the one not nice to you first!"
