Chapter 217: Emotional Reunion - Part 2
Zin hugs her tightly, filling his lungs with her scent again. Every breath is reviving his heart more. Astri goes to Koa, kisses his lips, and hugs him, too. Then does the same for Dieg. She goes to Hopin and is amazed by his size.
"Look at you! You’re a grown male! Look at these muscles!!" Astri says and hugs Hopin. "Before I could put my face on your head, now you do it on me!" She says, emotionally.
She sees Elias and Kai, and breathes, amazed by how handsome they are.
"My mighty tigers.. Look how handsome you are, too." She says, holding their faces.
She cleans their tears a little and hugs them tightly. They hug her so tightly that they’re trembling, because they missed their mother so much. So many times they cried, hiding from others, because they missed her.
"Ah... I wish I were there when you first shifted." She says, crying too.
She looks at Yuki, so grown up, so beautiful. They hug each other tightly, and Astri holds her face, amazed by how mature her daughter looks.
"My beautiful Yuki. My lovely Yuki... By seeing your face now, I can feel that you supported everyone emotionally, like you naturally always did since you were a baby." Astri says.
Yuki only cries and nods, trying to say that she was trying her best. Astri hugs her again, showing that she’s not alone on that anymore.
"Thank you for everything you did, my love... You were amazing."
She sees Atlas, who was crying all the time, too. Happy that everything is over, but also happy that his mother is back. When she finally hugged him, it felt like all the weight he was carrying was lifted from his shoulders.
