Chapter 64: Can’t Be Neutral Anymore
Astri lets them talk, and goes with the kids to the bedroom. She leaves the kids playing on the bed and goes bathe.
Thankfully, the boys love to play with Yuki and they work together to help her when she rolls to where she wasn’t supposed to go. However, Astri can keep an eye on them from the bathtub, so she doesn’t worry.
Zin slowly left the living room and went to the bathroom with her. He knew he would find her in the bathtub, so he asks to bathe with her.
It’s a bit cramped with both inside the bathtub, but she lets him come inside and helps him by rubbing his back.
It’s not a sexual moment, even if he drools everytime he sees her naked, and he enjoys her caring moment for him.
Before, he would always get nervous with her being so nice to him, but now he enjoys it as his self-esteem grows.
From nowhere she stops and he finds it a bit weird, when he looks at her he’s faced with those eyes that look like stars moving.
"Astri.." He holds her face to ask if she’s all right, but when he touches her his eyes goes blank for a moment.
He’s taken to outside the rock walls, inside the royal tent where Elder Abel is.
"Go back first, fast, and let the others know that King Tyr must be taken down. He got infatuated by the Higher Priest’s mate and now they’re allies. Our plan is not going to work with him anymore." Elder Abel whispers to a small man, probably a monkey race for having long arms and legs.
"Yes, my lord."
