Sitting solemnly on a stone chair, Jigen propped his head up with a cold hand, listening to the reports from the other Kara members. His gaze, however, was icy.

"Kaguya... I didn’t expect you to show yourself again. It seems you’ve lost your Tailed Beast power and your strength has greatly declined. Otherwise, why would you be hiding out in the Land of Earth?"

Jigen—or rather, Otsutsuki Isshiki—had once come to this planet alongside Otsutsuki Kaguya.

Originally, Kaguya was supposed to be the sacrifice for the Divine Tree, but she ambushed him, leaving him in his current predicament.

The thought of his thousand-year revenge plan filled Jigen’s eyes with deep, searing hatred.

"Kaguya! Once I reclaim my body, I’ll make you experience true terror!"

Thinking of his resurrection plan, Jigen’s eyes grew determined.

"Kawaki not only escaped to Konoha but was taken in as a foster son by the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki. Interesting! Very interesting."
