After the two of them fetched water and washed their faces, He Xin and Bai Xiao went to knock on the door of the neighboring dormitory where Dr. Zhang and his colleagues were staying.
The three men were evidently just waking up.
Dr. Zhang should have woken up early, while the other two were still in a state of drowsiness after crawling out of bed.
"Dr. Bai! Dr. He, what brings you here?"

They couldn’t afford to offend either of them. When they arrived, the three of them secretly discussed that as long as they followed these two’s lead throughout the year, all decisions would be fine as long as they were agreed upon.
Following their lead would be the best course of action.
Now these two had come directly to them.
Dr. Zhang and his colleagues couldn’t help being astonished.
"Dr. Zhang, we’ve come to hold a small meeting to discuss the issues we need to address and come up with some suggestions!" Bai Xiao said with a smile, sitting on the only chair in the room, which Dean Lü had kindly provided to Dr. Zhang and his team.
He Xin glanced over, thinking Bai Xiao was really sly to even grab the chair.
