Her cheeks blushed, her pink pajamas setting off her skin as fair as snow, in his eyes she was so beautiful.
She looked up at him, and from the tilted angle, his gaze made her breath catch in her chest.
He stared at her with a tense expression and... a hunger, as if time had stood still around them, her pulse beating slowly but forcefully, her breath shallow and rapid.
Heaven knows how she was so easily bewitched by this man.
She reached out and touched the stubble on his chin, "You should shave," she whispered.
"Alright, but you can ignore it for now." His jaw twitched with a muscle.
The two of them were caught in a moment of pause, a surge of intense desire crackling between them. It was desire, wasn’t it? Sweet, fiery, and a bit dizzying for her.
The light went out.
In the darkness, she could still see the way he looked at her through the bright moonlight coming through the window. His gaze pierced the darkness of the room, her eyes calmly half-covered, her body relaxed and waiting... waiting.
