The staff whispered, "Guo Jinnian, two beautiful girls came to see Director Gu. They’ve been in the office for a while now."
Guo Jinnian raised an eyebrow. "Girls looking for Director Gu? What are their names, do I know them?"
The staff shook their head. "One had the surname Guo and the other Xiang, I am not sure about the exact names. They’re in the office right now. I’m not sure if Mr. Gu knows they are here, but they claimed that Director Gu invited them."
Guo Jinnian felt a bit unhappy. She’d only been back for a day and Gu Hongwei was already meeting women behind her back, two of them no less.
Unsure if it was business related, Guo Jinnian withheld her anger. "I’ll go check."
The staff quickly said, "Guo Jinnian, you must control your temper. If a fight breaks out, please don’t expose me. If we lose this job, my family will have to starve."
Guo Jinnian reassured, "Don’t worry, I won’t put you in a difficult position."
Gu Hongwei was a businessman. As the future Mrs. Gu, she did have some magnanimity.
