Chapter 15: The Crime of Gender 15
Qin Shuangshuang looked terrified and was covered in blood; if it were dark, she could easily pass for a fierce ghost. She rushed out with an extremely horrifying appearance, originally planning to cry out pitifully to draw the attention of the village chief and others.
Who would've thought that Qin Shuangshuang's appearance was too striking. As soon as she stepped out, before she could make a sound, she was startled into silence by an unexpected, extremely shrill and unimaginable scream!
The scream came from the Eldest Lady inside the courtyard! Initially, the Eldest Lady and Si Lang and Wulang stood close to the edge outside, fearfully listening to Old Chen inside the house cursing Qin Shuangshuang in every possible way!
Although they felt nervous, these scenes were too familiar to the younger ones, so they weren't overly terrified. The Eldest Lady even took a moment to worry about Qin Shuangshuang, wondering if her temperamental sister would once again confront Old Chen!
Before the Eldest Lady's worries were over, she, Si Lang, and Wulang saw Old Chen, in the house, suddenly grab a kitchen knife while cursing and madly hacking at Qin Shuangshuang! The first stroke cut off Qin Shuangshuang's hair, and then Old Chen turned around, back facing the doorway...
Before the Eldest Lady, Si Lang, and Wulang could process the sudden attack, they saw Old Chen, her back against them, raise her right hand high with the kitchen knife, the blade reflecting a cold light in the sun! It sent shivers down the spine of whoever watched!
Old Chen's knife-wielding hand mercilessly swung down again! The hearts of those outside, including the Eldest Lady, leapt violently, but they couldn't see exactly what was happening inside as their view was blocked by Old Chen's back!
But soon enough, they realized what was happening inside because, after Old Chen swung the knife down, Qin Shuangshuang immediately dashed out covered in blood, looking terrifying!
Si Lang and Wulang were so frightened that they collapsed on the ground, unable even to shout, only staring wide-eyed at the blood-drenched Qin Shuangshuang in terror, their bodies weak and trembling!
