Chapter 1300: White Dragon VS Red Nova
Red Dragon Archfiend was summoned!
As a side effect of the Trap Card "Star Shift", the summoned Synchro Monster would have its effect negated. This seems to be a debuff in the usual sense, but it was not entirely appropriate for Red Dragon Archfiend.
In theory, effect nullification should be an enhancement for Red Dragon Archfiend, because its effect was far more harmful than beneficial.
"The effect of ‘Wandering King Wildwind' in the Graveyard is activated!" Jack shouted, "Banish this card from my GY; add 1 Fiend Tuner with 1500 or less ATK from my Deck to my hand!"
Jack drew a card that popped out of the deck.
"I'll add the Tuner monster ‘Chain Resonator' from the deck to my hand!" Jack said, "Then Normal Summon ‘Chain Resonator'!"

"Effect of Chain Resonator!" Jack said, "When this card is Normal Summoned while a Synchro Monster is on the field: I can Special Summon 1 ‘Resonator' monster from my Deck.
