The main difference between Speed World 2 and the old version was that the Speed Counter would no longer decrease when the player was damaged. In addition, even if there was no Speed Spell in the hand, the Speed Counter could also play other roles.
Effect 1, the player could remove four Speed Counters and inflict 800 points of damage to the opponent for each "Speed Spell" card in their hand.
Effect 2, the player could remove seven Speed Counters and draw a card from the deck.
Effect 3, the player could remove ten Speed Counters and destroy any card on the field.
Of course, Speed World 2 could not be negated or leave the field, and as long as Speed World 2 existed, neither side could activate new Field Spells.
