Chapter 14: Temporal Anomaly
The Observer already knew the seriousness of the situation when he saw who had arrived. A Vice Admiral coming personally to this small planet meant that the event was not natural at all. And it was probably caused by an ability user, not just any user, but an extremely powerful one...
