Chapter 44: A Strange Man
Because the man with her was Han Muryo, Yu Hyena let the rude comment slide, thinking, He’s probably just here for the food again, and continued walking toward her home.
But after just a few steps, something felt off.
Yu Hyena turned around and saw Han Muryo still standing silently in the alley.
“...Huh? Aren’t you coming?”
“Am I supposed to?”
“Eh? Well, n-now...?”
Wasn’t he supposed to walk her home after helping out? Or was that not how this worked? Maybe he had only helped her by chance, and they were supposed to part ways here?
Could she even show a man like this where she lived?

Just having a big man walking beside her through the dark streets made Yu Hyena feel surprisingly reassured.
She decided to employ Han Muryo as her personal bodyguard for the walk home.
