After descending the stairs, Wen Jue spotted Ye Qiao and Su Tang rushing towards his direction.
He slightly relaxed, hurrying to approach them.
Upon seeing him, Ye Qiao expressed surprise, "Why are you here? Who’s fighting upstairs? Is the table broken? Weren’t you supposed to keep an eye on things upstairs? Why did you come down?"
This barrage of questions left Wen Jue unsure of which one to answer first.
He looked at Su Tang, "Just as you left, Hai Qin started to go berserk. I tied him up and gave him an antidote, but the situation hasn’t improved. Could you take a look at him?"
Before Su Tang could respond, Ye Qiao glared furiously at Wen Jue.
"What are you thinking, Wen? Didn’t you see how your friend bullied my Tangtang? And now you want Tangtang to help treat his illness? Have you gone mad?"
