Chapter 175: She Knows....
"You’re awake..." Helion said as he was still holding my hand, while father on the other side.
"Yes, Can I have a glass of water?" I asked as my voice sounded hoarse because of dryness.
Helion called Mildred, who obeyed him, to get me some glass of water.
"What did Evan do to you?" her father asked as he looked at her while his jaw was clenching.
"He already knew about Noraya," I said as I looked at the two of them.
"Paul told him that Noraya is his sister, which made him attack me as he kept on saying sorry," I said as I explained to them.
"That still didn’t give him the right to attack you like this!" he exclaimed as he was gasping for breath as he was trying to calm himself.
"Paul was the one who made him do it. I already wounded her, and he told him that she was his sister, which made him attack me," I said as I was still trying to defend him. As I understand why he did that.
Father and Helion just sighed at me.
"There’s also something good that happened here." the emperor broke the silence as he seemed to read the room’s atmosphere.
I look at him as I am waiting for him to continue what he was going to say.
