Chapter 117: Hopeless
Helion just closed his eyes when he was summoned that some monsters were attacking the capital again and that they were near on their way to the palace this time.
There had been no days that they could sleep in peace since Abanoon was resurrected, and they still had no idea whose body she took for herself.
Helion went to meet the other at the capital; it was good that his mother had already removed the spell she made.
When he got there, the knights were already fighting the monster, and Helion saw Jarnus and Ernie, who was also fighting along with the other knights.
"Well, well, well. Look who’s here?" Helion turned around and saw his biggest enemy.
"It seems like you hadn’t gotten enough sleep?" Sulllaivan, he asked mockingly as he also smirked at him.
Helion glared at him as his hands formed into a fist.
"How does it feel to not have any allies now?" Sullaivan asked which made him frown at him, as how did he learn about what happened between the imperial family and the Solaris?
"Keep your mouth shut, Sullaivan." Helion said as he glared at him again, who just laughed mockingly.
"Oh, I’ve seen the lady... Isn’t she quite beautiful? I heard there’s no marriage prospect for her yet." Sullaivan continued to say, as he looked at him, looking for his reaction.
How should he react? He doesn’t have any right to Lady Acantha, and besides, he keeps on letting her down and hasn’t even protected her against his mother.
