Chapter 82: Evander’s Twin...
Acantha saw the shock on everyone when she said those words. She didn’t really know about this one, but she was just trying to see how the baroness would react, and based on that, she was right.
"You! Get me out of here!" She still yelled while she was trying to break the barrier again, and this time she was thrown against the wall as the barrier reacted to her.
"How did you know about this?" Acantha turned as her father asked her.
"Not that I know; I was just trying to see who was Eiaranish," Acantha said as she showed them the stone that was named by Eiaranish and also handed them the necklace that she got from the abandoned house that time. It all has Eiaranish’s name on it.She saw the surprise on their faces, except for her father and Helion, who remained cold.
"You won’t get away from this!" The baroness yelled, and it seems like she regained her consciousness.
"No, and why are you even trying to resurrect her? She’s already dead!" Acantha said as she raised her voice against the baroness, who was now on the floor inside her own cell.
"No, she’s not dead! She promised me she would bring her back and you! All of you will die!" The baroness said as she laughed crazily.
Acantha frowned at what Madame Abellarde said. Who is she talking about?
"What are you saying?" Acantha moved closer to the cell, giving the baroness a deathly glare. The baroness smirked at her, and her eyes passed on her shoulder, which she knew was looking at her dead daughter at the opposite cell.
She saw the longing in her eyes as she was looking at the monster who was screaming."Eiara, Mother is here," the baroness said as she started humming a familiar song, which she heard from that very same house where they got Eiaranish.
"Damned, this is mad." Acantha heard Ernie say as he was looking at what was happening, It’s good that the barrier she made was an anti-magi one, or else most of them would be lying unconscious.Acantha looked at the monster that they all knew was now Eiaranish, or the monster stopped from screaming as she heard her mother cry.
