Chapter 54: The Valetudoo
There was a monster in the mountain, and Acantha saw that the monster seemed to be eating something, and there was someone with the monster.
"We should do something, We can’t just stay here and do nothing while that person was killing as many as he or she can," Acantha said as she was facing back and forth in the place.
Helion looked at her as he put the binoculars down. "How can we go there if the place is guarded? If we infiltrate the place, it will only cause us to fail our mission, and the risk of more deaths will increase if we move now," Helion said, which made her think.
Helion was right, but what about those people who will be killed by that person? How many people will be sacrificed for them?
If there is only a way to go to break the barrier without letting the person who made it alert.
"Is there any spell that will break the barrier without letting the person who put it know?" She asked as she went to Helion, who was now sitting near the window where they could see the mountain that was not very far from the house that they were staying in the village.
"I can’t recall any spell or anything, but..." Acantha saw that Helion’s face get serious, and she knows that he might remember something about how to unbreak the barrier without the owner or the one who puts it getting to know.
She saw how he stood up and walked out of the place. Acantha followed him only to see he was drawing a big circle and writing some symbols on it.
"What was that?" She asked, but Helion seems to be so busy that he didn’t hear what she said.
She just observed him as he kept on writing on the circle.
"This is a magic circle that the teacher in the academy taught us how to use when we were going to attack the enemies and break their barriers without them noticing.
