However, before going into her mistress’ room, Loraviel needed to confirm one thing.
“Will Lady Minoga not be joining us for breakfast?” Loraviel asked.
Minoga, who had been hiding nearby to guard them, suddenly appeared to the side of Loraviel.
“No need. I must protect Princess Mephilia. I’ll leave Her Highness Liana to you.” Minoga looked at Loraviel. “Be sure to get along well with Princess Mephilia.”
“Yes, I know.” Loraviel certainly wanted to get along well with Mephilia, if for no other reason than for Her Highness Liana’s sake.
Loraviel was also willing to make concessions in many areas. As long as she wasn’t made to leave Her Highness’ side, she could basically agree to anything.
“Thank you, Lady Minoga,” Loraviel said gratefully.
She had heard from Her Highness that Lady Minoga had handled everything concerning her. And she was probably deliberately leaving space for her and Her Highness Liana.
Minoga just waved her hand and then left.
Loraviel reached out, wanting to open the door, and then... was rejected.
