"Medicine? Are you giving this to me?" Kyedae questioned, a hint of skepticism in her voice. This was the first time someone had offered her something like this, and she wasn't sure what to do. She hesitated to drink it; after all, it was unfamiliar, and she worried that it might worsen her condition. She needed to be cautious.
"I know what you're thinking. If I were in your shoes, I would probably have the same reaction. Let me explain: this liquid is a complete cure for any kind of cancer. I'm not joking—I'm serious. If you drink this, you will be cancer-free. It's your decision to drink it or not; even if you decide not to, you'll find out soon enough anyway. The owner just wanted to find a deserving person to give this formula to," I said, handing her the vial.
Tenz looked at Kyedae with concern. He wanted to believe what Neo had said, but it felt unreal at the same time. He found himself torn between emotions—happy at the thought of a cure or sad about the possibility that it might turn into another false hope.
Sakura was beginning to lean toward believing Neo. It was uncertain whether her faith stemmed from her trust in Neo's abilities or her desire to hope that her sister would get better. Even though she just met Neo today, she has this feeling that Neo won't harm them
Poki and Rae were just observing the choice Kyedae would make. Even they were uncertain about how effective the medicine would be.
"Can I drink this before I see the doctor tomorrow? I just want to be sure. I'm not doubting you, Neo, but I don't want to take any risks now that I feel a little better," Kyedae said.
