Chapter 1. System
"Yaaaawn," preparing to get out of bed and start the boring day. Same day again with the minor subjects acting like a major subject at school. Fuck that professor. She's too old and still terrorizing the students.
"Why is Mrs. Gracia is not a good professor. She dont have a long life. She needs to think when she dies. What will happen? Students will think you deserve it. Hayst."
After eating and taking a shower, I said, "Dad, I will go now; give me my allowance."
"I just gave you your weekly allowance," he said, looking at the calendar next to the door. "It's only Tuesday, and you don't have any more money? You want to die so badly, huh, punk? Do you think we are rich? "
"Just trying my luck, Dad. Hehehe. I will be going now. Take care." I start walking at the door, thinking about our family situation.
We are not rich, and we are not poor either. You can call us 50/50. Sometimes we have extra money, and sometimes we are short on money.
My dad works at the grocery store. He's the manager. As for my mother, she is a full-time homemaker. But my mother has this hobby of baking cakes. Sometimes some of our immediate family ask her to bake or our neighbors. She's getting some extra with that.
I have twin siblings. A boy and girl are both in the same school as me. Attending there last term in junior high. And me? I'm in my last senior year.
We don't have the extra time to go to college, so I was thinking, after graduation, about what my life would turn out to be...
"KID, WATCH OUTTTTT!!!!!!" a middle-aged man shouted.
I hear him, but it's too late. It's already in my face. It knocked me out, and I stumbled upon the street feeling dizzy.
