One of them was undoubtedly Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army and Luffy’s father. The other was Emporio Ivankov, a Revolutionary Army commander, wielder of the Hormone Fruit, and queen of the Kamabakka Kingdom.
