In the luxurious hall of the World Government Headquarters in Mary Geoise, the bald old man frowned, a terrifying murderous aura unconsciously emanating from his body as he spoke in a deep voice. "So there is an undercover agent of Black Crow in the World Government?"
"If there is an undercover agent, then he must be in a high position—otherwise, he wouldn't know Stussy's identity!" another elder said coldly.
They were not surprised that there might be spies within the World Government, but they absolutely could not tolerate one with knowledge of Stussy's covert role.
"That may not be the case. Black Crow must have his own intelligence networks. Investigate it first. If there truly is a mole, we must eliminate them."
"Damn it. Now that Stussy's identity is exposed, if the news spreads, she won't be able to maintain her footing in the New World. All our efforts will be for nothing."
"Contact Black Crow and propose a deal."
"Give him whatever he wants. Stussy's identity must remain concealed."
"But first, test Black Crow's strength. Not everyone is worth negotiating with."
