Then a single strand of lightning traveled through my blade and scattered all over the serpent’s body, inside and outside, causing it to let out a deafening shriek of pain!

Not minding that, I immediately flew back to where Alina and the others were.
"Raven! What are you doing here?! It’s dangerous!"
