Raven arrived at the city hall not long...
He entered and saw the inside of the facility. There was a lot of golden furniture, the interior was spacious, and everything looked flashy.
It was fascinating for Raven.
Not for long though—he immediately got bored looking around and went straight to the reception area.
"Hello sir, how may I help you?"
A woman greeted Raven, whom he assumed was the receptionist.
Not beating around the bush, Raven stated the reason for his visit.
"I want to buy some land."
"Oh, is there a problem then that you need help?"
The woman politely asked.
"Well, the land is unowned."
