Fang Yue did not believe that Su Chengyu had hastily fled because he had offended Feng Jing. Based on her brief acquaintance with him, she firmly believed that Su Chengyu was a responsible, bold, and proud man.
He would never shrink back out of fear.
Fang Yue did not expect that after parting last night, she might never see him again.

With tears in her eyes, Fang Yue felt her heartstrings being stirred by this man, who had left quietly, leaving her alone and painfully upset.
Feeling dazed and distressed, Fang Yue left the hotel and returned to her car, where she could no longer suppress her tears and collapsed onto the steering wheel, crying.
She cried for quite a while, suddenly someone knocked on her window. Fang Yue looked up, her eyes bloodshot, and quickly wiped her tears away.
The person knocking on the window was Hou Keyi.
She was driving by and just happened to see Fang Yue’s car parked on the side of the road. After getting out of the car, she saw Fang Yue sobbing over her steering wheel. Given such a rare opportunity, how could Hou Keyi give it up?
Fang Yue glanced at Hou Keyi and rolled down the window. Hou Keyi mockingly asked, "Why is Miss Fang crying? Did your man die? Tsk tsk, such early mourning."
