Squirrel God mentioned two of the Four Fiends: the mythical Nine-Tailed Fox, Zhu Yan, and the top-tier divine beast, the Torch Dragon.
Given that Squirrel God singled them out, these fiends were likely at least Legendary. Among them, the Four Fiends might be slightly weaker, so reaching Low Legendary would already be a stretch for them. However, Lu Ran estimated that something like the Torch Dragon had to be at least Primary Divine. It probably wasn’t any weaker than the Chaos Dragon God.

Also, due to Blue Planet’s weaker world rules, they might even be slightly inferior to ordinary Low Legendary beings. I can probably seal their levels to around 50.”
“That white ape is a bit stronger—roughly equivalent to Intermediate Legendary. It’ll be harder to seal. As for that dragon, I can’t quite gauge it, but it’s definitely no less than Superior Legendary. Just passing through its territory, we felt immense pressure.
“Most importantly, it didn’t even pay us any attention, so let’s not provoke it. Otherwise, we might fail to restore the timekeeper and end up perishing on this alien planet.
