Beastmaster King

Lu Ran smiled as he flew over some ocean in the Stellar Moon World. This trip to the void was a huge success. The most exciting thing wasn’t even that Captain Doofus became a Low Legendary. Rather, it was the buff from the contract card.

Whenever Sudden Death King evolved, Lu Ran’s physique was strengthened. Dark Crow’s evolution buffed his spiritual and soul power, and Baby Cloud buffed his control over elemental skills like Flame Spirit. Captain Doofus' evolution naturally improved his sword intent and comprehension.

Although it was somewhat strange for a husky to become a symbol of wisdom, Captain Doofus invested a lot in that specific aspect. Contracts gave beastmasters buffs based on their familiar’s species and specific attributes. When Six-Path Flower evolved, Lu Ran received a boost in all aspects since it was the most balanced familiar on his team. Without these buffs, even Super Beast Mimicry wasn’t enough to support his abnormal development.

"Captain Doofus' Sword attribute is a huge boon for me. I feel like my current combat power has reached the level of the Dog Demon form. Once I familiarize myself with my new powers, I should be able to perform on the Quasi-Legendary level even without the Dog Demon form."

If there was one thing that Lu Ran was looking forward to more than anything else, it would be soloing the World War without using a familiar.

Lu Ran wasn’t overly concerned about Six-Path Flower’s second evolution. Even if it had Primary Divine potential, it wasn’t something he could reach with just hopes and dreams. Just piecing together three traits definitely wasn’t enough.

Six-Path Flower was only confident in reaching Intermediate Legendary. It put a lot of effort into building the empire and accrued a lot of both virtuous and evil energy. It was more than enough for the next step forward.

"Oh, right. Before we go back, Six-Path Flower, do you think Captain Doofus is strong enough to clear a Mythical secret realm?"

Six-Path Flower didn’t respond right away. It had to admit that Captain Doofus' evolution surpassed Sudden Death King and that it even had three kin under its command. On top of that, it now had the terrifying Star Splitting Sword Intent. The only thing it was skeptical about was the difference in experience.

"I don't think it's a good idea," if finally answered.
