“I originally intended for them to farm traits for Sudden Death King, but we ended up with an all-purpose trait instead. Still, Sudden Death King seems to be the best fit for it in our team.” Lu Ran carefully examined the trait’s description.
It allowed a familiar to convert one of its superior physical attributes into a buff. Attributes enhanced temporarily by external tools clearly wouldn’t count as part of the familiar’s attributes. Captain Doofus’ strongest physical attribute was probably comprehension. However, Lu Ran was reluctant to develop Captain Doofus in a support-oriented direction.
Dark Crow’s strongest physical attribute seemed to be vision. Baby Cloud’s only dominant physical attribute was self-regeneration. Although Baby Cloud could shapeshift, any strength gained from transformation didn’t count as its inherent advantage, as it was externally granted.
Looking at it this way, the only real candidate was Sudden Death King. As a Dragon King, it had superiority in its species, meaning all of its physical attributes, like physique, strength, defense, and vitality, were outstanding.
“I’ll let Sudden Death King fuse with this after it reaches level 40. At that point, as its beastmaster, I can also benefit from its attributes. If I gain Sudden Death King’s perfect defense... would that mean I could survive a fall without dying? A direct exchange like this is essentially a damage-transfer beastmaster skill.
