"I'm finally back."
The Golden Hill Rail Station was bustling with people. Lu Ran, who wore a black sweater with white shorts and a hat, squeezed through the crowd.
"Fortunately, everything went smoothly on the trip."
Lu Ran poked Sudden Death King, who was nestled in his pocket. He brought it with him on this trip to Golden Hill. Since evolving, Sudden Death King’s survivability had improved significantly. Even in unsuitable environments, it no longer fell ill.
Looking at the familiar Golden Hill City, the ancient capital of the six dynasties, Lu Ran felt a wave of nostalgia. He had lived here as a child and made many memories. After so many years, he finally returned.
Following the map, Lu Ran left the rail station, took a taxi, and headed directly to Rainbow Dojo.
Rainbow Dojo was located in a remote area, away from downtown. Lu Ran sat through a long car ride before arriving at the familiar dojo. Seeing the ancient and quaint dojo before him that seemed frozen in time, Lu Ran smiled. He reached out his hand, and a gift appeared in it out of thin air. He obviously couldn’t come empty-handed.
The gift was filled with all kinds of goodies. Since he didn’t know what to get, Lu Ran packed a box full of items he bought in Limitless City.
No, there wasn’t any dog food. He wasn't stupid enough to honor the old man with dog food. It was already bad enough that he had to eat it.
Instead, he prepared high-end nutritional products that Lu Ran would’ve wanted for himself, such as the Mind-Cleansing tea. It was a very sincere gift. Still, at the end of the day, he wasn’t made of money either.
With the gift box in hand, Lu Ran also drew the Wind Slashing Sword and strapped it to his back, creating a striking silhouette. When he was finally ready, he pushed open the dojo doors and entered.
