Chapter 14: Make one if you can’t find
After cleaning his body with water, Leon walked back into the house and noticed that Selene and Elaine are already sitting on the ground with greedy and hungry looks on their faces.
Leon noticed that they weren't eating the juicy roasted meat in front of them.
"What are you guys waiting for ?" He asked with a confused expression.
"Well, Just to show our appreciation for you as the man of this house. We were saving the first serving for you and once you eat... We will start to eat as well." Elaine spoke with a smile.
'Ah... I forgot that they appreciate the man of the house before their meal as an honour to him. Giving him the first serving of the food he had brought home.' Leon thought in his mind as he sat right next to Elaine and looked at Selene.
Her expression was still a little shy but it was being defeated by her greed already.
Her mouth was watering after seeing all the meat in front of her.
"Well then... This one is for the lovely family." Leon spoke with a smile as he took a small piece of meat and ate it.
'Hmm... Smooth and soft texture, I haven't tasted this kind of meat before. Even though it hasn't been seasoned much, it still tastes very tasty after being roasted this much.
