The group, upon reflection, realized that this made sense and felt even more panicked.
"What can we do then?"
"Martin, we’ve always been supportive of you. Now, you can’t just abandon us and take off on your own."
"Exactly, we’re all in the same boat, we’ve always moved forward or retreated together. Now, we should all have a plan."
Martin dropped another bombshell: "Moreover, from what I’ve heard, Hugo is just the executor. Someone else is behind him, with an incredible amount of power. River Miller won’t be able to survive this tough spot. It’s doomed."
Upon hearing this, the shareholders panicked even more.
"Hugo is just the executor?"
"Who on earth is it that wants to utterly destroy River Miller?"
"So, what do we do now?"
Martin sighed, "Other than selling our shares, what can we do? We should sell them off quickly before the suspension and rectification notice is issued. That way, we might get a better price. Once the situation is clear and River Miller is just waiting for its death, who would be willing to pay then?"
