My Essence was still regenerating, not enough yet to burn through all that Deathmist. But I didn’t need Essence to solve everything. My body was strong enough—and I had another idea.

I whispered, “Space Lock.”

The skill I’d developed by fusing my control over space and light triggered instantly. A transparent cube shimmered into existence around the Phantom’s massive mouth, sealing it inside a confined block of distorted space.

Then—whoosh—the cube vanished.

It reappeared instantly, now floating just a few feet from the glowing violet singularity still eating through the wall like a silent, relentless storm.
