Chapter 412: War with the Colony Begins
With the information provided by the scouting team, Lucas convened the military officers.
"Everyone, we received new information from our scouts about the colony."
Lucas didn’t beat around the bush and told everyone the reason for the meeting.
"According to the collected data, there are more than two hundred thousand monsters in the colony, including new types of monsters like kobolds, half-barbarians..."
When he mentioned that there were half-barbarians, some of the barbarian warriors felt slightly uncomfortable.
Although those half-barbarians had monster bloodlines, they still carried the bloodline of barbarians.
Lucas continued. "The explosion yesterday was caused by our men and with their efforts, the colony’s storage cavern has been destroyed. Without food reserves, their army would be on edge and they would have a hard time surviving an invasion as long as we prevent them from stepping out of the nest..."
Hearing this, everyone was surprised.
They couldn’t believe that a ten-man unit composed of Elite Knights could accomplish such a feat.
"Now that the colony is in chaos, this is the best time to strike them!" Lucas’s words garnered everyone’s approval.
With the colony in turmoil, they wouldn’t be able to react properly against an attack.
Lucas and the military officers discussed the changes to their plans.
