Both the mentor and disciple have to have a persistent attitude, treasure their bilateral relationship, and accomplish the perfect completion of their mentor-disciple achievements. During the mentor-disciple relationship period, any negative influence from either side would directly affect both parties!
Of course, mentors do have the right to dismiss disciples. The cost of doing so is the loss of that spot, but the disciple would incur a larger loss: they would be ineligible for mentor-disciple achievement rewards in the future.
Most importantly, disciples must be players who have switched their jobs. New players aren’t allowed to have mentors.
