"Emperor Chu commands, Fortress City Lord, Night Ghost, you are responsible for ensuring that no Abyssal Flares appear in the Hell portal within the fortress. Otherwise, the death of the Chu fortress soldiers will be on your head!" he stated.
With a flick of his sleeve, the official tossed out a scroll--an Imperial Decree, which was caught by Chu You.
"Move on!" Immediately after, the officials mounted their horses. The horses, being spirit horses, were swift, and soon disappeared from Chu You’s sight, as he silently watched them leave.
