Chapter 474 - 475: Torturing Prisoners
"Uh, alright, but I need the written order from you, my lord."
So, Chu You took out his command document from his backpack space. He tore off a blank page, which bore the seal of his own command. This meant that whatever he wrote on it would form his command. Then he would hand it over to his subordinates, making things easier for them.
Finally, he input his own command into this blank page with his mind and handed it to the old steward, who received it and said, "Alright, I’ll summon the prisoners immediately. Are you asking for 100 of them?" The old steward asked for confirmation.
"Yes, bring me 100."
"Alright, my lord, please wait a moment. They will be here soon." Knowing that he was holding a plentiful supply, the old steward handled matters very efficiently and hurried out.
Before long, he heard shouting and the sound of chains outside. It seemed the NPC prisoners from Japan had been brought here.
"My lord, the prisoners are here. You can go outside to see them. The commander of the Prisoner of War Camp is waiting for your reply." The steward hurriedly informed Chu You.
"Alright, let’s go have a look." The two went towards the main entrance.
Seeing the imposing Chu You, clad in a black dragon robe, a soldier in armor knelt down on one knee and said in a strong voice, "I have seen you, my lord Commander. According to your decree, I have brought the 100 prisoners here."
"Very good, what may I call you, soldier?" Chu You asked as he scanned over the lines of Japanese war prisoners, a glint in his eyes.
"My name is Jian Ning, my lord."
