He licked his lips and looked at the room where the giant demon resided, his eyes holding a hint of wicked charm.
Having shut down the interface, Chu You exited the constructed palace. The palace was seated halfway up a mountain, and a refreshing breeze brushed past, stirring his garments and hair.
Standing at the precipice at the edge of the palace, he looked at the activated fortress. The originally pitch-black palace was now lit with soft golden runes.
"I could use a smoke right now..." he sighed inexplicably, rotating his neck with a crisp crack. He flexed his neck and then turned towards a small teleportation array nearby, where a towering city defense device had been erected.
A small interface opened, displaying all the palace names here. He would be teleported to a palace simply by selecting its name.
The next moment, Chu You appeared on top of the mountaintop fortress. A grand palace was there, surrounded by eight massive attack devices.
This palace was named ’Skyfall Palace’. In front of the palace, there was a large altar. At the center of the altar was a huge crystal, oddly surrounded by a layer of purple clouds that radiated electricity.
The crystal seemed to be empty, which piqued his interest.
Chu You walked pensively towards Skyfall Palace.
Upon entering, he saw that the palace’s massive pillars and blue-stone tiles were all inscribed with runes glowing with light. Now that he had found the key, Chu You quickly activated the palace’s ability.
